Harper, Liberia – The Grace Puate and Bor Willie Tubman Foundation has officially launched the third cycle of its Life Coaching Program, providing free counseling and guidance to community members.

In a recent interview, Prince Pyne, Life Coach and current Chair of the program—who recently succeeded Oliver Griffiths—stated that the initiative focuses on engaging residents in a friendly and respectful manner. He emphasized that the Foundation strictly seeks consent from participants before conducting private counseling sessions.
A Solution-Focused Approach
According to Pyne, the program utilizes long-term, solution-focused questioning to help clients open up. This method allows participants to explore various alternatives and choose the paths that best align with their personal goals.
The team has already recorded over six success stories and expects to see even more impact during this new cycle.
Program Details & Outreach
Currently, the program operates through door-to-door and street outreach while the Foundation’s Resource Center remains under construction.
- Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Time: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Cost: Completely Free
Overcoming Challenges
Pyne acknowledged that building trust within the community remains a primary challenge. However, he noted that the team’s effective counseling strategies have helped them overcome this barrier. He encouraged all community members to participate without fear, reiterating that the services are a gift to the public.
The Grace Puate and Bor Willie Tubman Foundation maintains that this third cycle reflects its ongoing commitment to community empowerment and personal development.
