A woman reported missing last Wednesday morning, Old-Ma Quata Jackson, was discovered dead in a bush near the Conqueror Community in Suakoko City, Bong County.
Jackson was last seen leaving her Ray-Field residence around 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Her disappearance prompted family members and local residents to launch a search, which was unsuccessful until her body was located days later.
Following the discovery, a ten-member jury was assembled to conduct an initial assessment. The jury concluded that there were no visible signs of foul play. However, they noted that the deceased was without clothing and had visible scratch marks, particularly on her legs.
The body remains at the location where it was found as authorities prepare to carry out a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.
